Ability to save the filtered view of a table

Opened this issue to capture feedback from Kenneth -

For filtered tables, it would be convenient to have a way to persist the filtered view so that you don't have to apply the same filters again and again. Should the table filters have some kind of "Save filters" button?

We will need backend support to persist the table filters even after the user refreshes the page.
