Ensure 2.8-head resources are ready before running private repos tests #59

Issue

During test of GItlab private repo (#54) something is not ready in proper for 2.8-head in time.
To workaround it, we created repo, deleted it and recreated as mentioned here
We should avoid this workaround by finding what is the reason behind it and either fixing it or raising a ticket.
