Alerting for pod state should support selecting multiple pods

Users may want to group multiple pods into a single logical alert. The UI should have a tick box list rather than a drop down allowing users to select multiple pods. The best way to do this would perhaps be to allow users to define label selectors as monitoring specific pods is less useful.
