What would you like to be added (User Story)?

As an operator I would like to use CAAPF features with turtles, so that I can establish GitOps workflow managing applications in child clusters.

Detailed Description

CAAPF can be added as an addon provider to provisioned templates with helm, as an experimental feature, disabled by default.

FleetAddonConfig will control which features of the addon provider will be enabled, based on compatibility with Rancher workflows

Anything else you would like to add?

I believe it was resolved, matching the description in #559 and released in v0.8.0. I created an issue tracking the enhancement separately #565
