Upgrading istanbul-instrumenter-loader or karma-remap-istanbul in the angular2-starter breaks the tests with various file not found errors. Investigate switching karma-remap-istanbul with karma-remap-coverage.

istanbul-instrumenter-loader is unable to be updated past 0.2.0 as it breaks source map loading. See webpack-contrib/istanbul-instrumenter-loader#32 for more information
