Queries against activitypointer and activityparty

fetchxml queries against activitypointer should be using activitytypecode field when the result row is doubleclicked to open the record in crm. This is currently using the activitypointer for etn param, which doesn't open the correct form.

fetchxml queries activityparty should be using partyid and type, instead of etn=activityparty and id=[activitypartyid]
