Support for status page to monitor services

Piñata now has a status page https://pinata.statuspage.io/ - which is super helpful.

This request is to create one that monitors each of the Rarible protocol services that might impact using the SDKs/APIs.

Please include some documentation/guidance as to how the monitored pieces interact, so that I have some understanding of an outage.

For example:

• if the Tezos indexer is down, would I expect to have any issues minting on Polygon? I could mint on Polygon, but having that NFT visible in any Tezos marketplace would likely be impacted?

P.S. This is an old request but I don't think it ever made it to the github list.

Hey there!

We're currently building a status page for the protocol along with an API changelog. Let's use this discussion to keep track of this implementation's status. (maybe convert it into a GitHub issue)

Once we have a fairly good idea of what the status page is going to look like, we'll lay the features here and ask for feedback on things we could improve with it.

Update from 4/11 Dev call -

Due to other stability work this is estimated to be Mid-May 2022. This is a good 6 months after it was originally requested on the Dev calls.

Our Team spent all these six months bringing new blockchains, improving indexing, optimizing gas usage and contracts, improving the API's Features, and many valuable things already used by launched and production working projects. Rarible Protocol is open source, and it also means that the community can contribute through the codebase and pull requests. We had beautiful examples of this contribution. Let's jump on the call and see how we can make the Protocol better together with your feedback and maybe helping hands, too 👍

Right now the process is a one way handoff without any documentation.

If the project wants the benefits of open source , start by opening Jira to the community so we can have those discussions.

New test case to monitor given the outage of this weekend.

1. lazy mint an NFT
2. Query the items endpoint for the NFT and verify the "meta" structure is populated.
