rax-scrollview onEndReached 触发机制需要在文档中高亮说明，否则很容易踩坑 #391

如果 onEndReached 之后没有更新DOM（比如接口报错了）再怎么往下滚都不会再触发新的 onEndReached 了~

这个跟一般人的预期是不一致的，还是在文档中仔细说明一下的好，不然应该挺多人跟我一样要懵逼一段时间
