The VMNetworkAdapter resource can be used to manage adding/removing VM Network adapters to the management OS or VMs.

Functional Requirements

Should support adding network adapters to the management OS.
Should support adding network adapters to the VMs.
Should support configuring a static MAC address.
Should support attaching the NIC to a VM switch.

Quality Requirements

Should have unit/integration tests.
Should have examples for all possible scenarios.
Should adhere to HQRM guidelines.
Should have a README that explains the resource parameters, usage, and any constraints and TODOs.
