Restrict File picking to only ones on device

Is there a way to add a restriction to only on device documents? If you are choosing a document from the cloud or from google drive it requires having something like https://github.com/npomfret/react-native-cloud-fs which seems like a lot of overhead where it might be a good first step for development to force users to only submit files from their device.

If there is an easier way to read the contents of a file from google sheets/icloud without integrating react native cloud fs I would love to hear it! but seemed like it might be a good first step to just filter those out.
