Accessing an encrypted realm across the js, android, and ios layers

Thank you for a great library realm team. You are awesome!

We are using this library as our mobile db in a medical device that amongst other things streams real-time sensor data from medical sensors. We are displaying real-time data for the end-user at 10 Hz so we are pushing the limits of what we are currently able to achieve at 60 fps on the js layer.

We are therefore investigating implementing a couple of views natively, which would require us to access the sensor data (which is stored in an encrypted realm) natively on both Android and iOS. Is this possible in some shape or form that anyone has any experience with?
