So it uses either .recipy in the current directory, or ~/.recipy which has configuration directives to tell it how to behave.

For example:

Whether to log git stuff or not
Whether to log diffs or not
Whether to store metadata in output files or not
What storage backend to use (MongoDB or something else)
How to connect to MongoDB
