I'm not sure about others, but I've been asked at times if a separate billing email address is possible.
Maybe include it in the BillingInfo Objects.

Thoughts?

It's certainly possible, but it's more of a feature request for the API. If you are interested in getting an added feature to the API your best bet is to contact support and let them know it's a requirement for you.
