Error "Your API Key is not authorized to connect to Recurly"

When I try to use "Recurly.buildBillingInfoUpdateForm" in recurly.js, the response shows an error given below.

"Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Recurly_UnauthorizedError' with message 'Your API Key is not authorized to connect to Recurly.' in C:\wamp\www\tests\recurly-test\recurly-php\rec-test\lib\recurly\response.php on line 50

But I can see that the credit card details are validated in my recurly account.

It sounds like you might just have the wrong value in the API key. If you open up a support ticket we should be able to get this sorted out pretty quickly: http://support.recurly.com/
