IE9 insert of marker or sample doesn't work #17

in IE9 when editing abstract for existing page, trying to insert a marker or sample the console says:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'isLocked': object is null or undefined
ckeditor.js, line 98 character 1499

It works in firefox and Iron(chromium). But my target users use internet explorer..
