New Feature: Expiring role or role bindings

I've been involved in a use case discussion where we would like the ability to allow elevated privileges to a typically unprivileged user for a short period of time (e.g. 24-28 hours). It would be neat to explore a feature here where we add a DynamicRoleBinding, which includes an optional expiration field, after which it would be cleaned up by the operator.
