Write up mini-cluster information

The information from the mini-cluster that we had at the Brno Open House, Red Hat Summit and OpenStack Summit, is scattered across various documents and etherpads. Combine these into a doc that discusses hardware and deployment instructions, as well as the photos from the various events.
