Call for X25519Kyber768Draft00 implementation as a post-quantum SupportedGroup.

One possible source is the crypto/tls in the Cloudflare's fork of go.

Google Chrome is allegedly enabling this in version 116, and Cloudflare has already supported this TLS SupportedGroup.
