Handle ca certificate on ubuntu #197

Ca certificate is located in different place then it is set in Makefile Can you do following change?

 ca-bundle.crt:
-       @cp -f /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt .
+       [ -f /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt ] && cp -f /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt . || true
+       [ -f /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt ] && cp -f /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt ca-bundle.crt || true
