Description:
Deletion of unused CRF version fails with opps page.

Requirements:
CRF version is in the system that is not used in study event definition or in data entry.

Steps to follow:

  1. login
  2. open Tasks/Administration/CRFs
  3. locate unused CRF version
  4. click on delete button (red X)
  5. click on delete CRF Version button in Confirm Deletion of CRF Version page

Expected result:
The CRF version has been deleted successfully.

Actual result:
Opps error page.

Additional context (optional):
Related to DAO refactoring.
