Arity min and max fields should be final.
Add methods:

public Arity min(int newMin) { return new Arity(newMin, max, isVariable, isUnspecified, originalValue); }
public Arity max(int newMax) { return new Arity(min, newMax, isVariable, isUnspecified, originalValue); }
