Allow for an additional instance to support a second Leaf

The current integration supports one car, it cannot be loaded twice.

Describe the solution you'd like

As we as a family own two Leafs I would like to propose to enable the integration to be loaded twice.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I realize myself this is a luxury problem and I have no idea of the work involved but nothing ventured, nothing gained. If there is something I can do to help e.g. test with two cars, please let me know.
