Docker manager for Podman Quadlet .container files

Podman has a feature called Quadlet that generates systemd units for running containers. The syntax is very simple, they have an Image= line that contains a image name that gets passed to podman run. I'd like to be able to manage these configs in my repo with Renovate.

As a workaround, I've put together a regex manager config that seems to work properly:
