Describe the proposed change(s).

We should create a preset which is used by the Mend-hosted apps and recommended to self-hosted users which configures allowedEnv with all known/popular environment variables and prefixes, including COREPACK_, YARN_, etc. Users who would like the app to support an additional variable can then contribute it as a PR in this repo.
