I tried to reproduce, but repo seems to be missing a file called manuscript.Rmd that's necessary to repro the preprint. The documentation is really well organized and clear however and repo well organized. The other Rdm files data and code create nice html site. Could be my lack of knowledge in the subject matter is contributing to being unable to reproduce.
