Unattractive image rendering with PDF #413

Bug Description

I requested an A4 PDF of the article «Staatspolitisch ist die UBS ein Problem». I have deactivated the rendering of images. In the PDF, the images were omitted, as expected. However, the picture captions were rendered unattractively.

Expected Behaviour

The caption should be on the same line as the article text with a note that there would be a picture here. Alternatively, the caption could be omitted altogether.
