[S3] VPC endpoints do not support cross-region requests

Describe the bug
Renaming page produces unexpected behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup S3 storage
2. Create test page
3. Move/rename test page
4. See error

Expected behavior
Page should be renamed without any issues.

Host Info (please complete the following information):

• OS: Docker
• Wiki.js version: 2.4.107
• Database engine: postgres 11.4.0

Tried to set region to us-east-1 and leave it empty - no differences (getting the same issue).
Delete, create, update, upload - works fine.
