Expected Behavior

Use ansible to configure the developer environment.

Current Behavior

We currently use different Makefile targets and scripts.

Related to #32.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #2 (Set up a minikube environment), and #32 (Deploy the external services with ansible).
