Unfortunately, the tag nvidia/cuda:10.1-base-ubuntu16.04 does not exist anymore, and there don't seem to be any tags to replace it according to this and by looking here.
I have created a fork that fixes this here (you can check the used CUDA drivers and python versions here, it should fit with the old version) and the image can be built and the code can be run.
The problem is that it runs very slow (around 22 minutes) and the segmentations look messed up with the images that you sent me via email. Do you have a suggestion for a docker image replacement that fixes this?
