Language translations

The frontend card now has language translations. There isn't a lot of wording to start with but it can be annoying all the same. Everyone is welcome to contribute a translation in their language. You can follow the formal path by forking the repository and copying src/translations/en.json or copy below, update and paste it back in, I will do the rest. Just tell me what language it is.
Please put it in a Fenced code block so it won't get squished to the left margin.

That was German.
Have the card not available, so need to see if the translation needs a slightly adaption than.
Depending on the characte set you may have to convert the mutated vowels (umlaut)
