Description

Reflecting hazard moves (Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web) only works if the user of Magic Coat/Bounce is in certain slots depending on if it's a NPC or player trying to reflect the hazard.
For NPCs, only Pokemon in the first slot will reflect hazards.
For players, the NPC must target the reflecting Pokemon despite hazards "targeting" the field.
The moves using the .target option MOVE_TARGET_OPPONENTS_FIELD are the ones with this behavior.
Expected behavior is that the hazards get reflected no matter which slot the Magic Coat/Bounce user is in and which slot the NPC "targets" with the move.
