I came to think that `apppot-start` is a bit of misnomer: the UNIX convention
for commands that start another command in some environment is to call them
"*sh": for example, `ssh` or `qrsh`. In addition, the difference in purpose
between `apppot-start` and `apppot-init` is not evident from the name.
So, I would suggest renaming `apppot-start` to `apppot-sh`.
A counter-argument could be that we already have delivered presentations with
the name `apppot-start` and all our users (the few of them) are already
accustomed to `apppot-start`.
Thoughts?
