Revamped API

The NSExceptionKt implementation is now split into a Kotlin and Swift parts.
With this separation you won't experience any more linking issues in your Kotlin code.
Configuring NSExceptionKt with the new API only requires a single line of Swift code.

Checkout the updated Crashlytics and Bugsnag READMEs for installation instructions.

Sentry

The Sentry implementation has been deprecated in favour of the official Sentry Kotlin Multiplatform SDK.
