Issue #44 marked resolved ( #44 ) for build 1.0.2 appears to have reoccurred in current build (1.0.4)

What exactly happens when you try to install on 32-bit? From what I can see, the installer and binaries are all 32-bit, and the installer was built without the architecture restrictions. It should work.

Sounds like I might need to get a 32-bit test VM set up..

Works fine for me on 32-bit Windows 7 SP1, I think this is purely an XP problem (see my comment on #91).

Probably. I run a 32 bit XP virtual machine (with a proper licence :) for playing with security type software (such as this, tor, and so forth) that runs in windows, as the memory and cpu overheads for (say) Win7x64 in a VM overwhelm my fairly old home machine. I may switch to the linux version for testing, as I have a few raspberry PI machines on hand, if XP is not going to be a supported platform.

Closing in favor of #91, then. Thanks.
