WB/VGA threads not created with correct WB/VGA index

When creating the whiteboard and VGA threads, there is an argument specifying the index of the particular device type. For example, whiteboard 0 might be attached to webcam 1 and whiteboard 1 might be attached to webcam 4; VGA 0 might be attached to webcam 2. Right now, it uses the webcam number for this argument, and this is causing the threads to not find the correct whiteboard corner files.
