아래의 소스를 통해 디시콘 목록을 가져오기/내보내기 할 수 있어야 함
- 사용자의 브라우저 로컬 스토리지 (브라우저 캐시)
- 사용자의 디스크
- 외부 서버
  - 현재 Paste.ee API 사용을 고려중
  - 외부 서버로 내보낸 경우 URL 또는 ID를 통해 접근할 수 있을 것으로 기대
내보낸 디시콘 목록에 대한 채팅/목록 주소 복사
