Write Terraform for wk signup

Terraform should be written to deploy the Workplace signup page. This could be used in the future to assist with the deployment of other simple serverless applications. These applications, like the Workplace page, currently use the following AWS services:

• S3
• Lambda
• API gateway
• Route53
• CloudFront
• Certificate Manager

• Write Terraform to deploy a serverless application
• Redeploy Workplace signup page with Terraform
• Document architecture of serverless apps
