New Puppetforge release required

You can use my tagged version in your Puppetfile, which also works on Puppet 4, or tag on the commit hash until the maintainer does this himself.

I had an issue with the puppetlabs concat version v2.2.0 that tries to install. If I use version v1.2.5 it works.

@rlex Ping - can this get updated? Now that Puppet 3 is unsupported by Puppetlabs, we need the Puppet 4 support.
