pybob does not install cmake automatically #20

Tried to install bolero from a docker container. It did not work because cmake was not installed and pybob did not try to install it. @malter is that behavior expected or should it install cmake automatically?

We can also install cmake via pybob, I can update pybob asap.

I updated pybob but it is untested
