Update ansible deploy to work with a git-clone

Currently ROCK's deploy script expects to be deployed from an ISO we generate. We should implement some logic and some checks so that if we are not deploying from the official ISO that we can either pull down the resources needed and place them where they need to be so that users can deploy quickly from a git-clone of the project.
