Hi!

We currently use the official Docker Hub image for rockylinux which is stuck on releases 8.9 and 9.3, yet to be updated as per docker-library/official-images#16754.

We would like to use the maintained image. Would it be possible for the rockylinux/rockylinux to be sync'd to AWS ECR public?
