Ability to create "collection".
The collection is a list of one or more roms.
If the device support is introduced, these can be easly moved or removed from or to a device as the user can sync entire collections.
A rom can be in multiple collection.
The rom cannot be duplicated in a single collection.

The collection adding can be done on the rom(s) itself by "Add this rom to the collection" and then flagging one or multiple collections.
Or it can be done by searching and selectiong the the roms in the collection screen and pressing the "add to this collection".
