API available datasets mismatch

As in #58, sometimes the names of files you can download changes and the API may not have been updated yet. When this happens, the warning message given from available_datasets lets you know that there is a discordance, however, doesn't tell us where.

So a function to print these would be good.

Also 2 typos in the current message (available).
