Add Save & Restore functions #71

There should be Save & Restore function in the Configurator.

The old functions were using MSP messages, which did not work as the MSP messages do not carry all configuration information.

The functionality should use the CLI dump, just like when done manually.

Save and Restore buttons should be presented on the Setup tab (like before)
