Rates - Defaults incorrect #99

2.0.0-RC3 Configurator and firmware

When switching rates type or clicking "Reset to defaults", the response times get set to 20/20/10/20 instead of the new default of 0/0/0/0.

The default rotation rate numbers also differ from the firmware's default.
