结束时间不可以动态配置 #9

在同一个页面有时候 需要结束时间可选也可以不可选。我觉得可以动态配置 endTime参数会更好。这样就不用重复引用组件了。其他配置也是一样，可以动态配置会更好

没太理解具体的业务环境, 如果表单中需要两个时间picker, 为了保证互不影响是需要实例化两个组件, 或者每次选择都新建组件,选择后销毁, 通过动态调整config配置每次创建的picker
