No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mipsel-linux-android

download the older version of android ndk and put it the address indicated in the local.properties
ndk.dir=/Users/Roya/Library/Android/sdk/android-ndk-r17c
sdk.dir=/Users/Roya/Library/Android/sdk
