I am using the BLAST hits colouring to help identify the relative orientation of known sequences over the gfa of an assembly.
Some of the resulting contigs are linear or the paths placed as a horizontal line, and when I tick the box to show the sequence ids from the blast hits, they overlap each other and are unreadable.
Would it be possible to implement a way to either:
Flip the contigs/graphs 90 degrees, or
Show the text rotated 90 degrees with respect of the contig,
so that they are more readable when stacked close to each other?
I also thought another option would be to have a mode to hover over a blast hit and have the sequence id displayed for only that one. If that already exists, I didn't manage to find how to do it, but it would be great.
Thanks in advance,
