would like to filter runs by status (https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/workflow-runs?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-workflow-runs-for-a-workflow) mainly so you can see just failed workflow runs -- I often want to see what's failing right now like in the last 30 minutes 🔴
