I was wondering if this plugin can helpme to get the same result in 'plain' rspack.

Maybe with adaptations?

The plugin API of Rspack and Rsbuild are different.

I recommend making a standalone Rspack plugin to support @rspack/cli (and @rspack/dev-server)
